Joel is a native to the East Tennessee Region. He grew up in Greenback and spent most of his free time playing sports and participating in community events. After graduating from Greenback High School, Joel attended Pellissippi Community College where he received a degree in Business Management. Joel purchased his first home in Blount County where he and his wife Amanda lived for 11 years before moving back to Greenback where they now reside. They fill their free time boating, enjoying Tellico Lake, spending time with family and friends, and watching their daughter swim competitively.After graduation Joel went into retail management. This experience placed him on a career path where he was able to continue developing his skills not only in management, but it also led to an extensive sales career. Ready for a new challenge Joel received his real estate affiliate broker license and joined the Town and Country- Realtors team. With twenty plus years’ experience in sales and his passion to help and serve others Joel is eager to invest his time in the local communities. I moved to East Tennessee from Miami in 2002. I had been a Realtor, Certified Moving Consultant, in Miami and was also licensed as a mortgage broker and insurance specialist. I have been a Realtor in East Tennessee since 2007. My other interests include singing in the choir of my church, our womens group and writing.
