Lynn Wetherall Rucker is a licensed Broker with over 30 years experience in marketing and sales of real estate in the East Tennessee area. Lisa is a graduate of William Blount High and a Dean's List graduate of Maryville College where she received her BA in Art and was a member of the Concert Choir.

Kate is a West Tennessee native who earned her Bachelor's degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis and completed graduate work at LSU in Baton Rouge LA. Her interest in Real Estate began as she moved from home to home up and down the east coast during her first career in banking and finance.

After beginning her professional Real Estate career in Knoxville, Kate came to Town & Country-REALTORS of East TN, Inc., in 2018 to work more closely with clients near her beloved Smoky Mountains. As a native of East Tennessee, I am honored to call Blount County home. Upon graduation from Seymour High School, I received and Associate degree in Administrative Professional Technology in Business as well as a Document Specialist certificate from Pellissippi State.  There, I was an honor graduate and received the Honor Graduate Academic Outstanding Award in Business. This award is given to one outstanding student in each department and is chosen by the faculty and staff.

 For the past 20 years, I have worked as a department head for the Tennessee Valley Fair working with youth and different non-profits in our community. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my husband Brian, and children Kylee and Shawn. We are avid theme park lovers, enjoy family adventures, and love a good movie or game night.
